Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 5, 2026
What we collect
- Email address: only if you purchase search credits. Not required to use basic search.
- Search queries: the medication, dosage, and zip code you search. We don't currently attach these to your identity beyond what's needed to serve the immediate request.
- IP address: used transiently for rate limiting (abuse prevention). Not persisted to a database or linked to your searches.
- Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. We retain a record of the purchase (email, amount, credits granted) for accounting.
- Call transcripts: when we place an automated call to check stock on your behalf, we store a transcript/summary of that call for quality assurance and support. By default only our team can access it; the account holder can request access to their own transcripts by contacting support@tryrxfinder.com.
Sensitive nature of this data
Searches on this service may reveal information about medical conditions (e.g. ADHD) or medication use. We are not a "covered entity" under HIPAA and this data is not protected by HIPAA, but we handle it as sensitive and limit our use of it to operating the service. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
How we use it
- Delivering search results
- Tracking your search credit balance
- Processing payments and preventing abuse of the service
- Responding to support requests
Who we share it with
We use the following third-party services, each of which processes relevant data under its own privacy policy:
- Stripe: payment processing
- Vapi / underlying telephony providers: placing automated calls to pharmacies to check stock, if enabled. Pharmacies receive the medication/dosage being asked about during the call itself, not your contact information.
- Google (Google Ads): advertising measurement, so we can tell when a visit that came from one of our ads led to a purchase. We share limited event data (that a purchase happened, and its amount), never your medication searches or health information.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
To request deletion of your account data entirely, contact support@tryrxfinder.com.
Cookies & advertising
We use Google Ads (the Google tag / gtag.js) to measure how well our advertising works, for example to know when a click on one of our ads led to a purchase. This sets cookies and shares limited event data (such as that a purchase occurred, and its value) with Google; it does not send Google your medication searches or health details. Google may use this data under its own privacy policy. You can turn off personalized Google advertising at adssettings.google.com, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites beyond this advertising measurement.
Children
This service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
